Ingredients
200g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 cup Milk Fresh Cream
200g mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
½ cup milk (optional, for lighter consistency)
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1 - Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 - Sauté the Aromatics
Heat butter or olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
Step 3 - Add Mushrooms
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and lightly golden.
Step 4 - Create the Creamy Sauce
Lower the heat and pour in Madhusudan SMC Fresh Cream. Stir gently.
Add milk if you prefer a thinner sauce.
Step 5 - Season & Enrich
Add salt, pepper, oregano, and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Step 6 - Combine the Sauce and Pasta
Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss well until evenly coated. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 7 - Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra cheese on top. Serve hot.
Chef's Tips :-
Add grilled chicken or sautéed vegetables for variation.
For extra richness, add a small cube of butter at the end.
For a spicy twist, sprinkle chili flakes.
